“Believe it or not, I’m walking on air!” sang audiences when they first caught a glimpse of blonde beauty Faye Grant in her debut, the short-lived TV series The Greatest American Hero. But Faye’s most Faye-mous for fighting alien invaders in the mini-series V (1983), the follow-up V: The Final Battle (1984), and the extended television series V. Too bad none of those reptilian rascals had a ray gun that would zap Faye’s clothing off and change the show’s title to X. If a genie was going to Grant us three wishes, we’d take Faye with the first one and figure out the other two later. For our Faye-vorite skinage check out her big-screen breast-formances. At first, li’l five-foot-three-inch Faye was timid, not disrobing in Crossing Delancy (1988), and maybe it was just too cold in January Man (1989). Then came her bedding down with American Gigolo Richard Gere in Internal Affairs (1990). Faye rode Richard’s Gere while one of her hefty jugs overflowed from her top, while remaining on the phone the entire time. Talk about multi-tasking. Soon after, Faye Granted us more skin in an episode of Tales From the Crypt. As the scheming wife of a surgeon in “Spoiled”, Faye seduced the cable guy in white lingerie before cheating on her husband with him. Spoiled spoiler alert, her surgeon hubby gets revenge by putting his wife’s brain in the cable guy’s body. She flashes her thong in Traces of Red (1992), before playing the mom in Drive Me Crazy (1999) and starring on Fox’s State of Grace. Off screen Faye was married to 7th Heaven star Stephen Collins for nearly thirty years, until his horrific sexual abuse allegations arose. It was a tough turn for Faye. Hopefully she knows we will always appreciate her grinding on Richard’s gear. We would never take Faye’s nudity for granted!
